Medical Release Forms have expired as of May, 2008.

Parents, it is time to fill out a NEW Medical Release Form for each of your youth. These new forms will be good until May 2009, and are required for all youth who are attending our services and any youth event on or off campus. Please stop by The Nation booth, The Spot, or The Nation office to pick up a current form.

If you missed the first Rock'n The Nation, you won't want to miss this one. If you were here for the first one, then you know why! Let's just say, the Foyer and the Side Sanctuary will be rockn'!
